WHEN DO I PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE?

A large portion of our clientele are of student age, with this in mind we only require half the Hire Cost at the time of reservation to secure a garment for an event date. The remaining balance, along with any additional charges - shipping costs, alterations, etc., is due as follows:

If Delivery Method selected as Courier Express Shipping, the Remaining Balance is due on or before 48Hrs prior to *Dispatch Date.

If Delivery Method selected as Complimentary Collection at THE STUDIO, the Remaining Balance is due at or before *Collection Appointment.
*Information regarding your respective Dispatch Date or Collection Appointment can be found on your Order Confirmation.

HOW DO I PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE?

Upon receiving your Order Confirmation, the Remaining Balance can be view/paid at anytime using the interactive button featured.
The online payment portal accepts PayPal, Credit / Debit and Gift Vouchers. For clients collecting from
THE STUDIO we offer eftpos and accept cash.

WHEN AM I ABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

If you've selected Complimentary Collection at THE STUDIO, your Collection Appointment will be detailed in your Order Confirmation.
Collection Appointments typically occur 48Hrs prior to the Event Date - dependent on existing order commitments

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED AND DELIVERED?

For those opting to receive their order by Courier Express Shipping, the respective dispatch and delivery dates are generated upon receiving the order.
Using the information provided at checkout - suburb, post-code etc., alongside real-time updates our shipping partner TNT FedEx Express enables us to estimate transit time and generate a Dispatch Date to ensure delivery of the order [Delivery Date] occurs at least 48Hrs prior to the Event Date.
