Return is due the day following your Event Date, either at THE STUDIO or over the counter at Australia Post.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE GARMENT?
Nope! Our prices are inclusive of standard dry cleaning service.
*Where excessive cleaning is required due to stains or spills, charges may be incurred accordingly.

We understand mistakes happen, should a stain/mark occur during hire simply notify us as soon as possible so we can address. Email Address:
Orders may be cancelled at anytime. Where cancellation occurs, Store Credit will be generated. Payment is final, and as such non-refundable. For circumstances beyond control - government restrictions, extended Store Credit will be issued.
