CAN I SWAP TO A NEW ARRIVAL, OR DIFFERENT STYLE? 

Certainly. With our Garment Exchange option, you're able to swap to another twice!! 

WHEN AM I ABLE TO COLLECT THE ORDER?

Collection of an order is available from 48Hrs prior to the Event Date at our brick and mortar location THE STUDIO.

HOW CAN I PAY THE REMANING BALANCE?

This email is interactive! Simply click the Pay Now button, then follow the prompts for payment. 
We also accept cash/eftpos for those collecting at 
THE STUDIO.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED AND DELIVERED?

If you've opted for Courier Delivery, your specific dispatch and delivery dates can be found above. 

DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE GARMENT?

Nope! Our prices are inclusive of standard dry cleaning service.

*Where excessive cleaning is required due to stains or spills, charges may be incurred accordingly.

WHEN DO I RETURN THE GARMENT?

Return is due the day following your Event Date, at THE STUDIO by appointment.
If you've opted for Return Mail, simply place inside the provided parcel and return at Australia Post.

HOW DO I ORGANISE AN ALTERATION?

Alteration fittings are available from a fortnight prior to the Event Date. 
Keep an eye on your inbox, in the lead up to your Event Date we will issue an email to get organised.

 CANCELLATION POLICY 

Orders may be cancelled at anytime. Where cancellation occurs, Store Credit will be generated. Payment is final, and as such non-refundable. For circumstances beyond control - government restrictions, extended Store Credit will be issued.
